Both.

Vanguard Life Sciences offers fully permanent, semi-permanent, and temporary cleanroom facilities depending on your operational goals and site conditions.

Our modular systems can be installed as standalone buildings, extensions to existing facilities, or relocatable and demountable that can move with your programme.

We also offer mobile cleanrooms and laboratories for rapid deployment to multiple sites.

Can you integrate with our existing building or utilities?

Yes - integration is a core part of our capability.

We design every facility to interface with your BMS, EMS, and site utility systems (including clean utilities, HVAC, and power).

Our engineering and validation teams work directly with your internal specialists to ensure seamless connection, minimal downtime, and full compliance.

How can we procure a Vanguard Life Sciences facility?

As part of the Vanguard Healthcare Solutions group can transact directly, we are also active across multiple public-sector procurement frameworks, including:
- NHS Shared Business Services (SBS)
- Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Modular Building Solutions
- NHS Commercial Solutions Framework
- ESPO and Scotland Excel Modular Buildings Frameworks

These frameworks allow healthcare and research clients to access pre-approved, compliant procurement routes without lengthy tendering processes.

Private sector clients can engage directly through commercial contracts.

Do you offer rental or leasing options?

Yes.

We recognise that capital expenditure is not always the right route.

That’s why we offer flexible finance options, including:
- Capital purchase for long-term ownership
- Leasing with predictable monthly payments
- Rental / Building-as-a-Service (BaaS) agreements for short- or medium-term projects, with service and maintenance included

This flexibility helps our clients access compliant infrastructure quickly while preserving working capital.

How long does it take to deliver a modular cleanroom?

Project timelines depend on size, complexity, and validation requirements, but modular construction significantly reduces delivery times.

Typical projects range from 8 to 24 weeks from contract to commissioning - often up to 85% faster than traditional builds.

Our parallel off-site manufacturing and on-site preparation ensure rapid deployment with minimal disruption.

Can you deliver internationally?

Yes.

Vanguard Healthcare Solutions and its divisions have delivered modular and mobile facilities across the UK, Europe, Australia and overseas territories

Our off-site manufacturing model allows for efficient export, installation, and validation in line with local regulatory requirements.

What support do you provide after installation?

We provide full lifecycle support, including:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Filter integrity testing and requalification
- Emergency response within 24 hours (UK mainland)
- System calibration and certification renewal
- Staff training and technical support

Our aim is to keep your facility compliant, validated, and performing optimally throughout its lifespan.

Are your facilities validated before handover?

You receive complete DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, validation reports, and traceable certification ready for MHRA, FDA, or ISO inspection.
