With over two decades of senior leadership experience across healthcare operational, business development and commercial roles, Mark creates innovative business models and collaborative partnerships to deliver facilities that meet a client’s needs exactly, with flexibility for future expansion.  He has worked across manufacturing, specialty distribution and clinical homecare services, in the UK and Europe, supporting products from clinical development through to commercial launch, growth, and ongoing supply.

With hands-on experience in cGMP and MHRA-regulated environments Mark understands the operational, regulatory and commercial challenges faced by pharma and biotech organisations.  At Vanguard, he works closely with partners to design and deliver compliant cleanroom laboratories, clinical trial sites and manufacturing environments tailored to specific client needs.
