N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me ekipin e spitalit, u krijua nj\u00eb plan p\u00ebr nj\u00eb repart modular me 24 shtret\u00ebr, sipas nevojave t\u00eb Trustit, me 3 dhoma teke plus 21 shtret\u00ebr n\u00eb dhoma t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb gjitha dhomat dhe ambientet e nevojshme mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse. <\/p>\n

Zgjidhja jon\u00eb e nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire modulare t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor me porosi me nj\u00eb 904 m2<\/sup> gjurm\u00ebt do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoheshin duke p\u00ebrdorur metoda moderne t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb objektin ton\u00eb t\u00eb prodhimit modular n\u00eb Holand\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, punimet paraprake dhe ato tok\u00ebsore mund t\u00eb kryhen n\u00eb terren duke ndihmuar n\u00eb shkurtimin e afatit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm kohor. <\/p>\n

Pavioni modular do t\u00eb transportohej n\u00eb spital p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin dhe v\u00ebnien n\u00eb pun\u00eb n\u00eb vend. Do t\u00eb krijohej nj\u00eb korridor prej 70 metrash, i cili do t\u00eb lidhte objektin e ri me godin\u00ebn e spitalit. I gjith\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi ndoqi standardet HTM dhe HBN-t\u00eb e lidhura p\u00ebr nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb klinike q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e repartit. <\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb nga projektuesit tan\u00eb kryesor\u00eb krijoi dizajnin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb objektit (dizenjot e nj\u00ebsis\u00eb, vizatimet, specifikimet). Ekipi yn\u00eb ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr menaxhimin e projektit, studimin e vendit dhe planifikimin. Ne bashk\u00ebpunuam me HCT Construction Consultants, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt siguruan nj\u00eb kontraktor kryesor me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr CDMC p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebrputhjen me rregulloret CDM 2015.<\/p>\n
