Met een sterke achtergrond in complexe bouwprojecten en gereguleerde omgevingen, brengt Gareth commerci\u00eble discipline en strategisch inzicht in projecten voor de farmaceutische en life sciences-sector. Zijn focus ligt op het waarborgen van een effectieve projectstructuur vanaf het begin, met duidelijke governance, kostenbeheersing en afstemming tussen de technische scope en de commerci\u00eble doelstellingen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voordat Gareth bij Enbloc kwam werken, bekleedde hij een senior commerci\u00eble functie bij Willmott Dixon, waar hij bijdroeg aan de realisatie van grote bouwprojecten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Deze ervaring heeft hem een diepgaand inzicht gegeven in aanbestedingsprocedures, stakeholderbeheer en gestructureerde projectuitvoering binnen hoogwaardige, aan strenge regelgeving gebonden omgevingen.
