De behoefte <\/h3>\n

Het ziekenhuis stond op het punt een renovatieperiode in te gaan en het was van essentieel belang dat de interventionele radiologische procedures gedurende deze periode werden voortgezet. Er was voor minimaal 19 maanden extra capaciteit nodig, niet alleen voor de radiologische procedures maar ook om de wachtlijsten in de neurochirurgie terug te dringen. <\/p>\n

Het plan<\/h3>\n

Het plan was om in december 2021 een HTM-conforme hybride operatiekamer te leveren en te installeren. Het ziekenhuis zou de huidige faciliteiten blijven gebruiken totdat de bouw voltooid was. We konden de extra operatiekamer in slechts 12 weken vanaf contract tot overdracht leveren, waardoor de Trust aanzienlijke kosten- en effici\u00ebntiebesparingen opleverde.<\/p>\n

De oplossing<\/h3>\n

Het ontwerp van het modulaire theater is toekomstbestendig, gebouwd volgens ISO5-normen met 25 luchtverversingen per uur, waarbij alle medische gasaansluitingen en een spoelsysteem standaard zijn inbegrepen. Het theater was geconfigureerd met de nodige afscherming en operatiecabine. De levering van de beeldapparatuur was in het contract opgenomen, waarbij Vanguard samenwerkte met Philips.<\/p>\n

We verzorgden ook het CDM en het projectmanagement, waarbij we samen met het team van de Trust de faciliteit ontwikkelden, ontwerpen, in bedrijf stellen en overdragen, en een volledige verbindingscorridorinterface bouwden. <\/p>\n

Het ziekenhuisterrein was aan drie zijden ingesloten door drukke klinische gebieden, waaronder een COVID-19-afdeling, die speciale aandacht vergde, zoals blauwe routeplanning, het onderhouden van connectiviteit met bestaande klinische gebieden, gezondheids- en veiligheidseisen voor multifunctionele locaties en veilige werkmethoden voor COVID-19. en werken in geluidsgevoelige gebieden.  <\/p>\n

De uitkomst<\/h3>\n

De faciliteit is ontworpen om complexe interventionele radiologische behandelingen en neurologische procedures uit te voeren, waaronder wervelkolomchirurgie. De grote tevredenheid van het ziekenhuispersoneel over zowel de bouwkwaliteit als de projectoplevering heeft geresulteerd in de opdracht om in 2023 ter plaatse een tweede modulaire operatiekamer te bouwen. <\/p>\n

Onze samenwerking met Philips<\/h3>\n

Wij hebben samengewerkt met Philips<\/a> het realiseren van een HTM-conforme hybride operatiekamer, uitgerust met een Philips FlexMove-beeldvormingssysteem. Samen hebben we ervoor gezorgd dat het theater toekomstbestendig was met een ultraschoon ventilatiesysteem en r\u00f6ntgenafscherming. We ontwierpen het plafond met een onderconstructie ter versteviging zodat de beeldapparatuur kon worden gemonteerd en verstevigden de vloer om een gespecialiseerde vaste operatietafel te installeren.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
