Met vier wasmachines, drie sterilisatoren en bijbehorende apparatuur vervangt het de volledige chirurgische afdeling van een groot universitair ziekenhuis in Frankrijk.<\/p>\n<p>De combinatie van hoge kwaliteit en lage kosten maakt modulaire faciliteiten zoals deze zelfs geschikt voor een relatief kort renovatieproject. Cruciaal voor het succes van een dergelijk project is de hoge Pre-Manufactured Value (PMV) die Vanguard behaalt: voor deze faciliteit was de PMV 90%. Door meer werk in de fabriek uit te voeren, is er meer controle over de kwaliteit en veel minder kans op vertragingen door weersomstandigheden. De productie van het gebouw valt samen met de grondwerkzaamheden op locatie, waardoor de projectduur korter is en de verstoring van de ziekenhuisactiviteiten en de overlast voor personeel,
